These people are morons. The support is full of idiots. There is no phone number to call. Only E mail. They seem to not even read the emails below. You get a new person on every email response and they have no clue why you emailed in the first place.

They actually do have a phone number...but it doesn't really matter, cause your right, the customer service is horrific. I called them once and the people on the other end were clueless.
