Jeffrey - Great, great post.

Same bonus structure as Party Poker. No EXTRA30 30% bonus. There's a possibility that signing up directly requires 10x to clear, so make sure you sign up through FTR to get the 5x raked hand requirement.
Update: PokerNow very recently discontinued all Affiliate programs, hence no more link through FTR. Only the 10x is available and you must sign up directly.

Looks like Sun Poker has increased minimum rake to $1.00. (same as interpoker) So I would expect it will be pretty slow to clear below NL 200.

Note on William Hill:

They have recently introduced Micro-limit Limit/PL/NL. The £5 per hour does not count at these low limits. You have to play at $0.5/$1 and above to get this.

They also offer you an additional £6 per hour if you are asked to open a new table to play on. This seems to start at 2Euro / 4Euro (I don't know the conversion to dollars with this). Which means you could get £11 per hour up to 5 hours per month - £55 = $100.

I'm sticking to the micro-limits though.....

Thanks, guys...updating accordingly....and the William Hill bonus has always mentioned requiring play at .5/1, 1/2, or above.
I run a training site...

Check out strategy videos at GrinderSchool.com, from $10 / month.

Yes. And also at Planetluck and Starluck Casinos (see: House of Cards forum).
