Hi everyone. Something awful just happened.
Today I transferred $400 from my party poker account to my neteller account. I later attempted to login to my neteller account to see if it went through. To my horror, my neteller account has been closed!? I quickly email the admin to find out what happened and where my money went.
Then I try to login to my partypoker account again to check the transaction and get the message "Your partypoker account has been closed. You cannot log on or play at the tables". My jaw literally drops. I send an email to partypoker support asking what the hell just happened, but still no reply from either them or neteller. So here I am at my lowest point of desperation, possibly having lost my bankroll of $2300 which I grinded up from $50. Did I get hacked? Did partypoker lock my account due to the faulty neteller account? Anyone have a clue?

If you call Neteller, I'm sure they will unlock your account and explain exactly what happened. I've always had very good success with their phone support.

Got it sorted out... Called them up, and apparently I had some old partypoker account created ages ago that I never used, which made them lock my new account when I attempted to withdraw. The problem with neteller was some internet provider issue, didn't exactly catch what it was about but they disabled the feature anyway and I shouldn't have any problems now. Was a bit freaked out there :P

Pfffft: A dismissive reaction often followed by a sarcastic affirmation or agreement as follows...
1) "Sheyaa"
2) "ha, ya right"
3) "as if"
4) "sure, you betcha" for all us Minnesotans

Hey,what country are u from?
I asked them on live chat why my account was closed (netellet)and they said the same thing about my internetprovider blocking it or something.
Has this happened to someone else aswell?
