Hello,
I'm finally starting to win money and keep it. Something kind of "clicked" last night, and my game has seemed to improve. I just got several books today as well, so I'm definetely not just trying to rely on trial and error to win. Ok, here's the real question. I have been playing the $50 tables, and have very little trouble turning a profit. If things aren't going well on one table I move on. I made over $100 today, in no way am I bragging. I know my bank roll isn't large enough to move up yet, and my game could, of course, use some improvement. I'm just wondering if anyone notices a differrence between the level of play between these two tables. I'm not just jumping headfirst and losing all my dough.
I appreciate any insight.

I have found little difference in the tables... paradise $100 tables are as horrible as ever. But please, follow the 30 buyins rule, i.e. you shouldn't be playing 100NL without $3000.

I just called it $100 room since that is the max buy-in, and the system they use to let users know what the limits are. Anyway, I did go in with the max $100 and found it was just as easy, or a slight bit more difficult than the cheaper rooms. I cleared my bonus, and kept playing for a while. I started to tilt, so I cashed out to keep myself from wasting all my money. After I collect a few more bonuses, and increase my bankroll, i'm going to go back there, or use partypoker. It's almost like picking up money off the ground, if you are patient. Well, patience is my biggest problem. Anyway, thanks again, excuse my drawn out rambling, I don't know when to shut up ha.

As natdang says, you do have the necessary bankroll, right? That means you have AT LEAST $2,000 to play at the $100 tables - 20 times the buyin is the absolute minimum, 30 times, as natdang said, is definitely preferable.
If you have only just "got" poker, then you should be playing at far lower stakes whatever your roll. If you have $500 plus, you can probably get away with $25, but if not, then bearing the 20x rule in mind, you should be playing at $5 or $10.
Can you please post saying how many hands you've played in your poker career, for how long, at what levels, and how big your roll is? I'm worried you're in over your head (and if I'm wrong then great, but no harm in being prudent).
