I emailed them this morning to see how many raked hands I had left to finish level 2 of the Power of 3 bonus. Yesterday I did the same thing and they quickly replied with the total. Today the reply was just a generic letter stating how the power of 3 bonus worked. So I email them back and tell them I knew how it worked and was looking for the total raked hands I had left to complete level 2. They reply with, if you log in and go to my account tab and click on my account, the web page it takes you to will give you the information. When you are at the web page you click on gaming and transaction link. I did that and all that shows you is your transactions (which is the first bonus cleared, and when) and the tables you played on and how much you took to the table and from the table. Doesnt even show you how many total hands you played much less raked hands.

So now I have email reply #3 going back to them. Hopefully I will get someone who knows what I am asking this time around.

Hi Dog,

When you are looking at the main Party screen, where you select what games your want to join, there is a link in the top left corner called "Account Balance". If you click that a new window appears that shows you your account balance including pending bonuses.

You will also see tabs saying "Account Balance" and "Bonus Details". If you click bonus details the screen changes and shows you what bonuses you have left and how many raked hands you have left to clear.

Hope this helps.

I've never liked CS at party. They don't even respond to my e-mails. On the rare occasion that they do, its just a generic e-mail not answering what I had asked.

This works on the first level of the bonus, but not for levels 2 and 3. Or at least I cant get it to work for level 2. And level 2 is the one I'm inquiring about. I just want to know how many raked hands I have left to finish level 2 so Im not playing in the dark so to speak.

Thanks

Ah, I see. I didn't realise it won't show you the 2nd level hands.

I completed the 2nd bonus yesterday...

The best method I found was to call thier 800 number and wait on hold for about 5-10minutes...hopefully u have speakerphone and once you get customer service they can tell you how many raked hands you have that day. I called once 2 days ago...was at 600 total, then again yesterday afternoon, was at 1481 (hehe) so all i had to do was play a few more that evening and i got my second $100 this morning. I don't plan to do the third bonus...2000 raked hands for $100 is a lot..especially in 3 days...thats like 4-5 hours a day doing 4 loose tables

No problem, thanks. They finally replied, I have 350 more raked hands to go before 12:48 today.

Renton will become famous soon enough
Ya it also sucks because they don't give you the bonus immediately. I probably played 2500 raked hands for level three before I'd realize I'd played enough.

This is no help to you Rabid Dog, but might be to others with this issue.
You can get a pretty accurate number through pokertracker for the number of raked hands. It was pretty close (within 10) when i finished the first level. Its the summary tab top section

Well, I dont know what the deal is. I went and re-read the email CS sent me and it says I only needed 3 raked hands to go. Another email reply sent after that email said I needed 350 more raked hands. I sent a reply to their reply asking if I had time to finish level 2 on cst time zone. After I sent that reply I sit at four 50NL tables and played for about 45 minutes and made another 30. Left and checked my email and had a reply from CS again. This time saying I had reached the required number of raked hands and that the bonus would be added shortly. So Im guessing I only needed 3 raked hands and not 350. We will see if it shows up. If it does then its on to level 3.

You can use the party points balance to see your raked hands.

For example...
--> from How to Earn Party Points
"All no-limit and pot-limit tables -- Four PartyPoints for every 20 raked hands played on these tables in a day "

Your party points balance appears below your cash balance. Basically 1 party point = 5 raked hands (at least for NL25)

Since I need 15x75 = 1125 hands for level 2, I need 225 party points. Just check your numbers when you clear each level.

I did the same thing, I emailed them to ask how far into level 2 I was and all they said was how it worked not a number. I was out of town for a week and when I got back Sunday I didnt have the bonus, so I figured I didn't make it. On Monday I logged on after playing some on Sunday and I had the bonus. I thought you only had 3 days to clear it? Either they were really late giving it to me or they counted hands I played a week later.
BR: $.1k

My party points dont seem to move off of zero. But its a good idea if your party points works.
