Hi when I started playing I didn't know about rakeback and have opened accounts on party and empire. Now that I play 10/20 I think its a good time to start thinking about a good rakeback deal...

Anyway do you think empire/party would let me close my account and open a new one for rakeback purposes if I asked them nicely or is that not allowed? I can't play at eurobet cos they don't support epassporte so empire/party is my only chance

Anyone ever tried this?

People do it, but you are risking your reputation and ability to play Party/Empire.

There are 4 other Party skins, and I have found rakeback for 3 of them. Sign and play there for rakeback.
I'm a know-it-all.

No, really.

Only way to get a rakeback is create a new SN and different email address with the rakeback company or people you use.

It can and has been done. You close your old account and create a new one with a new email.

I'm not advocating anything here.

I read somewhere that if you email them and tell them you 'have a gambling problem' they will grant your request to close your account. Then once you're off the roster for awhile (how long? I dunno), you may be able to get a new account .

But I would put this deception in the 'highly shady' category, and personally wouldn't try to do this unless I was willing to risk losing all my Party accounts and having funds frozen.

I already had a Party Poker account, and an old Empire account as well.

This is the worst possible thing you could do. They do not take things like this lightly. If you tell them you have a gambling problem you will immediatly have all Party and affiliate accounts frozen and will be unable to make new ones. What you need to do is think of a more innocent reason for closing the account. "I don't feel like playing anymore" should suffice.

Better yet, just open an account at another skin and avoid all the shadyness.
