You're probably looking for clarification, rather than the following advice, but...

CheckNraise is a Pokerroom skin, generally offering slow clearing, hard-work bonuses. But if you want one, there are some biggies out there. Does Eurobet still offer $600? HoldemPoker? BayouPoker? All part of the Poker Network. Avoid confusion and sign for one of those.

Or get an eaiser bonus elsewhere.
I'm a know-it-all.

No, really.

First of all the $600 bonus is no longer available. It's now only 20% up to $120 or something. I'll be the first to say that I thought it was a pretty good bonus. I played 100NL 4-tables for the most part of it and it cleared pretty fast. At 200NL it clears VERY fast. Plus the tables are pretty fishy too. I know miffed will agree with me here.

On a side note, the CnR $600 bonus was a much easier bonus than the eurobet one since you are not required to contribute to the rake in CnR like you are at eurobet. If you ask me, the $120 is still worth doing.

By the way, pokerroom bonus is prety fast IMO. I cleared it at 50nl 100nl in a week. 300$ of bonus in a week is great.

Plus the games are soft there.

checknraise
i did the review.
they did do a 600 bonus on the initial deposit. Thats prob not on anymore. But they do some good offers so wait it may be back.
Other stuff. The points you earn, (no rakeback available) go toward either really mtt buy ins or bonus or cash. Its a pretty good long term deal. Maybe just downlaod and have a look?
But wait for it, the initial may be back, or so they keep emailing me
