Ok, I was hangin at the good ole verizon wireless shop today, looking at things like treo's and the new Moterolla Q. All these new phones supposedly support the new faster broadband connections via wireless. My interest...can anyone tell me if I can take the standard Poker client software...like Partypoker for example, and install it on a Windows CE / Windows Mobile 5.0 cellphone, and then play from my cellphone...are these Operating Systems even capable of installing standard windows programs?

I heard that UB is offering a new client for mobile users, but that it sucks cause there are no real money players. I think the key to making this stuff work is if you can connect to the primary base of players....not just some limited stock of cell phone users.

Any comments from experiences of people would be great. I currently have an old ratty cellphone, and I would love to have a good reason to invest in a new shiny super cellphone.

I have a wm5 phone. You can NOT install standard windows apps. The UB client is worthless since nobody is playing. There really isn't a good solution that I have found.
