I've been playing on Caribbean Sun poker for a couple months. The monthly bonus is solid and the player levels are decent.
However, I recommend people don't play because I've found it very difficult to withdraw. They have no issues allowing me to deposit with FirePay, but I am not able to withdraw with FirePay.
I recently moved and their original pin verification form was sent back because my address changed. I received my new pin at my new address. They then disabled my account and their security system (eCash Direct) doesn't return my emails. They want me to fax in my Passport and bank statement with my current address. Obviously I'm very hesistant to send that info overseas.
With so many online sites allowing to link directly to bank accounts you can withdrawl with a mouse click. Carib Sun makes it very difficult and I highly suggest you play elsewhere.
Like I said, I enjoy the site but the withdrawl is very tedious.
Just my 2 cents.

I had the same problem with the address change. Eventually i emailed CabSun support and asked them to get in touch with ecashdirect verification. I emailed the lady i was in contact with a copy of my bank statement and drivers license, with all the vitals blacked out, and she forwarded it to ecash verifications. A few days later i was able to cash out, which was actually pretty quick.

Be glad that they want to make sure you are who you say you are. I hear you though, I'm a paranoid dude, too. I'm sure once you do validate everything, you will have no further trouble in the future. With all the cyber-crime out there, you can't really blame a site for taking extra precautions, even if they are an inconvenience.

I hear you, and I hate extra docs too, but you did just move, right? eCash Direct services several casinos and poker rooms and don't have the best cutomer service. But they aren't shady. And won't they, I think, accept faxes or scan-and-email of the required docs?

pardon me for interrupting this post, but i had to laugh after i read it. from the subject title, i thought perhaps the site was down and you were going through withdrawals.
i am an idiot.........but perhaps this post provides you with a bit of comic relief.
if they are reputable, i wouldn't worry too much about sending them the info......just do like motel69 said and black out the stuff that they don't need to see that could be used for identity theft purposes.
