Many, many rooms accept VISA, but none from the USA Credit system. EPassporte, while from a non-USA bank, uses the USA credit system. I imagine some banks in Canada are similar, offering cards that are easier to use in the USA, but subsequently are blocked by casino/cardrooms.
I'm a know-it-all.

My Capital One Mastercard has a "policy". But someone pitched me on an MBNA Visa over the phone the other day that specifically mentions being able to make deposits into casinos in their disclosure babble. Naturally, I signed up.
