Ok so Im reading Bodog's terms and conditions and find this:
"If any eCash deposit is uncollectible for any reason, all winnings generated from that deposit will be considered invalid."
The reason it got my attention is because I actually never deposited there
(just won a few freerolls and grinded the rest of it up). And now really worried about not being able to cash out all my winnings.
Can you interpret it as a "no deposit-no cash out?" Or what does "uncolectable" mean here?
Has anyone here ever cashed out from a poker site without ever depositing?

They just want to be able to punish anyone with a fraudulent eCash account or something. I wouldn't worry about what you've won on freerolls so far provided you don't do anything to violate the TOS.

No. I've always had to deposit first before withdrawing anything, even if it's winnings from a freeroll or bonus.

I started with a freeroll win at pacific and had to deposit before being able to cashout. I used neteller though. you may be able to cashout via cheque though, I don't know.
the only reason you need to deposit using a method before cashing out to it is to ensure that all of the information is correct (as far as I know anyways). shouldn't be an issue with cheque.

What happened when I tried to cash from Full Tilt:
My initial deposit was made by Neteller while I was in the UK. I moved back to Canada only to find that Neteller was blocked there - therefore no cashout options for me through payment processors unless I made a deposit via Moneybookers or something else.
I contacted them and they told me I can cash out also by cheque provided I send them (fax or email) copies of photo ID (driver's licence, passport) and proof of address (i.e. a utility or phone bill). So, I'd just contact Bodog support and ask about their cheque cash-out policy.

FWIW, I see terms like this in a lot of the AFFILIATE terms. It means they won't pay you for play from signups if they have deposits reversed and such. Never really seen it in a player agreement.
You probably WILL need to do a real $ buyin before they let you keep your winnings.

I have withdrawn before after winning a freeroll without depositing anything but with a different poker room.

No problem to cash out money when you never made a deposit. It's propably for people that get banned from MoneyBookers or Neteller and Bodog wont get the money for it. So as long as you're not a fraud everything is just fine.
