basically.... the poker room takes a rake or a small percentage of the pot for each hand in cash games... rakeback is just how it sounds.... like at the end of the month or so you will get a certain percentage of money back based on how much $$ you contributed in rake during a period of time

depends on your limits
Rakeback is always proportional to the stakes you play.
eg if you play 25nl and the rake is maxed out at 5ocents then you are never going to generate a massive amount of rake in comparison to your winnings anyway, but it is a nice percentage.

As an idea, i play 3/6 and 5/10lhe and if i play 30k hands per month with max rake of 3 per pot, and i play 5handed i generate about $3k rakeback on a 30% deal. That of course assumes $2rake taken from each pot.
