For your $245.00 cashout, our system has asked us to verify you as a player. (Sometimes the system asks us to verify a new player, sometimes a player who has been with us for a while) Frequently first time cashouts when no deposits have been made will bring up the message, but this is not always the case.

Normally for verification purposes, we ask for 2 forms of identification a copy of a photo id from the customer and a second photo or non photo id (passport/birth certificate/credit card). As you are using NETeller, we would only require 1 piece of identification with photo and date of birth.

There are basically 3 ways to get us the identification

a) Scan and email it to cashier@checknraisepoker.com
b) Fax it to 011 599 9 734 1123, Attention: Check n Raise Poker (Gloria)
c) Courier or Mail to:

Check n Raise Poker
Emancipate Boulevard 31
P.O Box 6052
Curacao, Netherlands Antilles

Please do let me know how it will be sent, so that I can quickly verify and proceed with the cashout. I do understand that it is an inconvenience, but we really do appreciate your efforts in getting us the information.

Best Regards
Gloria

Have any friends that play there? Do you know anyone whos sucessfully cashed out before that you can trust? If so, you could do a transfer and then have them cashout for you. Other then that I don't think there is anyway around it.

LOL, obviously you don't know that only like 75 players play on this site, ROFL. Thats why I'm getting out of there.

But, here is what I emailed them;

I should post the picture I sent, I have to figure out how first.

Well, You got to hand it to them, that was fast:

Quote:
Hi Jeff

Thank you very much for submitting the requested documentation. Your cash out has been approved, and the funds have been transferred to your NETeller account.

You are correct NETeller is a secure site, but since you have never deposited onto our site it was our system that was asking to verify you as player.

I appreciate your cooperation, and your funds have been transferred

Thank you
Gloria

What? You need money to play poker? No way. Actually they gave me a free $250 for writing an article that won 'Hand of the week' prize. I spent the other $5 at the site.

If you had a chest like Corey's avatar you'd weigh at least 2 bells. Oh gees, I wished I hadn't said that. I apologize for any nightmares that this may cause.
