Post subject: cake poker cashout

I made a deposit using credit card a couple of days ago and now I want to cashout, however they require that I fax:
"- Your credit card that you used to fund your CakePoker account (front and back)
- Your credit card statement
- A valid photo ID (example: Passport, Drivers License, etc...)"
This seems quite excessive, does everyone have to do this, or is it because I requested the withdrawl quickly or something?
Not only is it alot of work to find everything and fax the documents, but is it safe?

Welcome to FTR!
This is actually pretty standard for any online poker site, esspecially if you deposit via credit card. I had to do the same to a couple rooms last year, to verify my identity and such. I wouldn't be worried about security; I don't see how anything bad can come out of it. Although annoying, it's probably just a standard procedure. GL!

Really? Ok, I haven't been to many sites yet and usually just withdrawl back to my CC, so I haven't had to fax so many documents. Thanks!
