Implementation of Boss Media AB’s decision block UNITED STATES players from accessing its products and services. THIS DOES ONLY AFFECT PLAYERS THAT ARE RESIDENT IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

To all PlayWebPoker Customers, 2006-10-06

Dear Valued PlayWebPoker Player. Due to the ban on Internet gambling payment processing in the United States our software provider Boss Media AB cannot allow US players to access its products and services. This means that no US players resident in the United States will be allowed to play on any of the casino, poker or lottery products licensed from Boss Media, or use any payment service provided by Webdollar, that includes PlayWebPoker. This does NOT affect US citizens resident outside US.

Boss Media AB estimates that the US ban on Internet gambling payment processing will be enacted within two weeks.

Boss Media will implement this policy by blocking all US registrations on Boss Media licensed products by Friday October 6, 23.00 (GMT). The second step in the implementation of the policy will be taken Thursday October 11, 23.00 (GMT), by blocking all US resident players from playing on any Boss Media licensed products.

For Webdollar customers further implementations of the policy will be made. Deposits to Webdollar accounts by US resident players will be blocked on Friday October 6, 23.00 GMT. On Thursday October 11, 23.00 (GMT), Boss Media will block all withdrawals from Webdollar accounts by US resident players. A policy on how to handle funds remaining in the player accounts after Thursday October 11, 23.00 GMT will be communicated and implemented at a later stage.

We are very sorry to communicate that we no longer can accept US resident players at PlayWebPoker and we do hope to see you again in the future if the US ban on Internet gambling payment processing changes.

Finally we wish to thank all our US players for the time they have remained as loyal PlayWebPoker players and we wish you all the best in the future.
