Absolute offers 35% up to $210. That's pretty good, I think this may be a little easier than UB to earn.

Pacific Poker - 25% up to $100 and they allow you to actually play with the bonus dollars, and I've heard their new no limit tables are pretty damn easy - so this one is pretty good too. (But you can't multi-table here.)

UltimateBet is now offering a 40% initial deposit bonus. They just doubled it recently.

Interpoker, $90 for 500 raked hands every month, plus I think they got a pretty hefty initial deposit bonus in addition.
