Dear Mr. XXXXXX,
My Name is Ren; I am a Player Services Representative here at Bodog.com. I was reviewing some accounts of poker players that have not visited our site since the release of our new Poker 2.0 interface when I came across your account. After reviewing some of your communication with us I see that you did not receive a satisfactory response regarding multiple tables, card size and table color. I'd like to apologize for not addressing your concerns appropriately, and would like to offer you another chance to be heard. We have made numerous improvements in the last few weeks based on excellent feedback from players like you, and in an effort to help continue to improve I have placed $20 in your Bodog account and invite you to play poker with us. LMFAO. I checked out their "new and improved" interface and it still sucks like before. Multi-tabling remains almost impossible and the cards are still way too small. Way to address the problems I discussed.
FREAKING NEAT, we can now change the colors. OMG I want to play there now so bad.

I honestly, truly, really like the nu-look of Bodog. But I don't play there and have seen the nu-look for about 15 seconds all told.

I've played there for about 5 minutes (donking away my remaing 0.40 or so playing 5cs with sarah and spoon) and I hate the new look. This was after they made it so you could change the table colours as well.

No. I think I am going to put it on some sort of sporting event (if they will let me), maybe waiting until the NCAA Tournament. If that isn't possible, I will either a) donk off the money at a low stakes game or b) build up to where I can cash out and not return to Bodog until they get things right.

Yup. There are a few threads on FTR where I blasted their new interface. I'm not going to rehash everything, but they basically went from (what I thought was) the best interface.....to the absolute worst in online poker.

Actually, I wasn't too excited about it. I figured I would have heard here (or elsewhere) about any improvements to their interface. Since I hadn't, I wasn't holding my breath or antyhing. Plus, the wording of the e-mail was kinda like, "Umm, we fucked up, we're sorry about that, we didn't address any of your problems but here's $20 please come back."
What a crock of shit. I mean, really, throw me a bone here. You messed up your interface and you're giving me $20 because you're sorry about it? I used to give at least that much in rake per-day, if not more in the $30-$40 range (and even higher than that when I was playing 6-7 hours a day)...Unreal.

I've said this before....The new look LOOKS great. It truly does. It's cutting edge, it looks "neat" when you compare it to other poker sites. Please play there for five minutes, try multi-tabling, and tell me you don't want to shoot yourself. In the head.

Bodog screwed up in a major way. Whoever they hired to design the new GUI has never actually played online poker... and the idiots that approved it know nothing about GUI design.

That picture in/picture on multitabling feature sucks ass. Obviously dreamed up by someone who has never once multitabled.
If I'm not multitabling, I still play there though, b/c:
1) the unlimited 10 percent bonus is nice and basically means you're not paying rake on SNGs, and...
2) I still think the player base is the worst out there. Just unbelievably bad.
