What do you guys think of Bodog? I personally like their table graphics better than any of the other sites, it's kind of sleek and suave, but I can't help, but think how inferior their promotions and rewards are compared to most of the other big sites. They have no poker store or VIP program, so all the points you accumulate only go towards playing in tournaments or converting to cash. They only have one payout option, which is by check. I like how other sites like Full Tilt allow you to double your points just by playing certain hours of a day or by playing two tables at a time. Bodog only allows you to double your points if you reach 2000 points in a month. Other sites give more opportunities to win a chance to play in a major live tournament around the world as well. I do really like Bodog, but I just wish they would add more promotions to keep up with the other poker sites.

I liked bodog okay.. it was nice being able to bet sports for fun occasionally as well.

It did take 8 weeks to get my check when I cashed out, though. Needless to say, I won't ever be going back because of that.

Actually, it doesn't take 8 weeks for them to send their checks anymore. It was like to that for a short period last year after they had millions seized from them from US government, but now their checks usually only take 5 business days or one week

Bodog has a reputation for having soft players. I usually play at low or I guess micro stakes and a lot of the competition isn't that great. However, I've played at other sites like Pokerstars and Full Tilt and the quality of play isn't any better. I just want to see what some of you guys think.

They do have soft players. They just don't have enough players. It's hard to get a game going, especially for low stakes on the SNG side. Probably good to play tourneys though since they might not meet their guarantees.
