does anyone know if Bodog is a "dealt rake" site, or a "contributed rake" site?
i thought they used to be a "contributed rake," but i cant find their T&C anymore.

They definitely were a contributed rake site, unless they've changed their terms in the last 2 months (which I highly doubt).

Bodog Poker Points
All new player accounts will start with 50 points.
Earning points
Rake Points
$1.00 - $3.00 1.00
$0.50 - $0.95 0.50
$0.25 - $0.45 0.25
$0.05 - $0.20 0.10
Ring Games
You will accumulate points by playing in ring games when you have *contributed* to a pot that is raked. Points are awarded based on the following table.
Tournaments
You receive 3 points for every $1.00 in fees paid for tournaments you enter. e.g. you will get 15 Points for a tournament with an entry of $50+$5 (buy in + fee).
Time spent playing
You receive 1 point for every 60 minutes spent playing at a table (sitting out is not 'playing time'). Max. 500 points for playing time per calendar month.
