Hi!

Id like to warn you about cashing out pokerroom. I have played months using pokerroom with no problems. I have cashed out many (20) times about 30% of my account to enjoy winnings.

At monday I decided to cash out all my money. I waited and waited and
nothing happened. Then I went to my pokerroom account and it was
blocked! I also received email that my account is under investigation
because of possible multiple accounts! I have used 2 different emails
when logging into pokerroom. They wanted clarification about which
account should be used and scan of ID (which I promptly sent them).
I have not yet received answer from them nor I have not received my
money (which is substantial amount).

Funny thing is that I used their services without a problems for months
and now that I try cash out my entire account I got this bullshit.

So beware. I have decided to wait couple of days but if I dont receive
my money by then I will start legal action.

Did you, dare I say it, call them????

This does 2 things. a) gets results faster b) shows that you are a real person not trying to scam them, thus speeding things up

Why? Mutli emails usually means multi accounts which could be the root of all the problems. Get on the phone and sort it out

I would def call first and play the victim.If no good then call Johnny Cochran.

Thanks for advice calling them. I called their
customer service and got very good service.
They even unblocked my account immediately.
