Apparently this is exactly like the eurobet $600 bonus (100% up to $600), except 7x rather than 10x, cleared in 60 days. So if you liked the eurobet bonus, you should hit up this one. I don't think there's any rakeback available, at least not yet.

From the FAQ:

3. How many points do I earn?
Ring games:
0.07 Player Points are awarded for every $0.10 paid in rake. So a rake of $3 will award all players in the hand 2.1 Player Points.

Tournaments:
5 player points are awarded for every paid dollar in entry fee (real money tournaments). For example, if you enter a $20+2 tournament, you will be awarded 5 * $2 = 10 points, if you enter a $5+$0.50 tournament, you will be awarded 5*$0.50 = 2.5 points. The points are awarded when the tournament finishes.

To clear the entire $600 you would need 4200 player points. Important to note that you must contribute to the rake to get points, not just dealt cards.

Anyone doing this? I sounds good but last time I played Pokerroom, I has some issues multitabling there. I could only handle 2 tables at once because it was hard to know when it was my turn. That was 4+ months ago however.

yep, this is my next bonus to hit (once my internet connections finally fixed )

only niggle is their standard table size is 5max instead of 6max.
Experimenting - 200NL 5max.

7x 600$ in raked hands... so total of 4200 points. its all or nothing so youd have to get all points in 60 days to recieve bonus. Its probably not worth it at NL10.. probably too slow, maybe wait till you hit NL25.

i dunno know if bonus is still live.

I tried clearing a bonus on a PokerRoom skin back in November at 25NL. I played 3 tables. It seemed to clear extremely slow despite large pots at the tables. I would look for other bonuses if you are 25NL and below.
