I don't understand why, if it wasnt the players probelms... what are they doing just freezing the accounts until everything is sorted out??

They are not going to pay because software fucked up. If it fucked up the other way, everyone would shit their pants about it. This is not a one sided issue. Think of the 'Oh well" attitude if the site had it.

On one hand this seems fair enough, but on the other:
When something in the poker rooms software disadvantages users (the superuser exploits) its 'play at own risk' an no refund of money lost, but when something in the poker rooms softer advantages the users (this thread) then its cheating and the winnings are frozen.

I was talking about this with some friends at work the other day. Imagine if you didnt know what was going on, and you fired up a bunch of STTs and on every single one of them everyone was pushing AI on every hand  .

I think when mid/low stakes players are suddenly 10-tabling $1000 sngs and pushing every hand for 2 hours solid to exploit a flaw in the software they are fully aware of the risk involved.
