Looks like they are cracking down on the raked hands for the December bonus, and not allowing rakes to count unless they are definetly played at .50/1 nl or above. I played 522 raked hands (.25 or higher rake) at the .25/.50 nl tables. Emailed them 3 days ago and finally got a reply:

Thank you for your email.

I can confirm that the most recent raked hand count indicates you have
to date completed fewer than 25 raked hands towards stage one of the
December Bonus Bonanza campaign.

Please note that for every 50 qualifying raked hands you accumulate at
minimum $0.50/$1.00 Pot Limit/No Limit tables or $1.00/$2.00 fixed
limit tables we will credit you with a $10 bonus chip, up to a maximum of
$100. To receive your free chips you simply need to email
support@customerservices365.com and we will credit your bonus within 24
hours.

If you require any further assistance with regard to this or any other
matter please do not hesitate to contact us here at Customer Services.
Our team are available 24 hours a day by e-mail or telephone on 1 866

Kind Regards

So keep this in mind if your chasing this bonus at lower limits you might want to change your strategy. I will start back Monday working on it. At least I made $40 while playing last week. Their probably giving away more money than they want is why they are cracking down now. I also called them last night since I hadnt heard from them in 3 days and they told me they were running a minimum 3 days behind.

Earlier, I'd heard multiple reports that the monthly B365 was clearing with any 25 cent raked hand, and was repeating the information. Apologies to Dog and anyone else that got caught with B365's enforcement changes because of my ill-timed information.
I'm a know-it-all.

No, really.

No problems. Its there in black and white the limits thats allowed, I just took a shot at the lower tables. From talking to CS they sounded like they are getting more traffic on the bonus than they realized they would. Thats probably why they started policing it closer.

I may go ahead and play it really really really tight at the .50/1 nl tables. But Im hitting up their casino bonus first.

You have to email them after you complete your required raked hands. Then they will credit you with the bonus. Now on the new sign up bonus you are allowed to play .25/.50 nl, maybe even .10/.25. The only thing that matters is that the rake is .25 for the new sign up bonus.

They don't hold your hand here. You start work on the bonus, you keep track of hands using the lagging RH counter, you email them to say you are done. Even the w/d is weird -- you initiate it through NT, they don't do it for you.
