Partypoker only seems to have a lot of the qualifiers but not mnay low buy in tournaments just for money.

Poker Stars has at least one low buy-in tourney ($1-$5) every night, these usually attract 1000+ people. They also have mid buy-in tourneys ($10, $10+R, $20) every night. On Sundays they have a $215 buy-in that usually gets a huge prize pool.

pokerroom.com has a $1+0 tourney on Saturdays at 3pm ET. They add $2500 to the prize pool.
If you PM me with your e-mail address, I can refer you there and you'll get an extra $25 bonus when you enable your Real Money account.
