Carrie: MemberWire is a withdrawal option wherein NETELLER wires money directly to your bank. It normally takes between 2-7 business days for you to receive the money once it has been sent, and there is a fee for this option.
To make a withdrawal using MemberWire, you must first send an email from the email address registered to your NETELLER ACCOUNT to
MemberWire@neteller.com. Include your given name and your family name, your NETELLER account ID number, and the amount you want to withdraw. We can send the funds in EUR, GBP, or AUD only, so please specify which currency you want. If you are concerned about currency conversion, I can give you an estimate of what the conversion rate will be.
If this is your first MemberWire withdrawal, we also need you to send a copy of your bank statement. This is because we need this document to make sure your money gets to the right place. Please scan a recent bank statement (no more than three months old) and send it with your email. It must be a paper statement that was sent to you by the bank, not an online statement. It must be in colour, and it must show all four corners of the page.
