I hate to say this because I would hate to say a pokerroom does anything wrong but BOTH AP and UB have had problems with cheating, and we are talking the type where the company ends up with money from the players. Albeit, they say it was rouge employee's ect but anyone reading the full story would not be able to believe how blatant the cheating was. I have also never "felt" good about playing at either, but I do and you can find me at both........

You're not going to get cheated at UB or AP. If cheating like what happened before (superuser) was occurring, it'd most likely be happening at the higher stakes.

With that said, I would personally never play at either because I refuse to give my money to a company that handled the situation as shitty as they did. It basically took a bunch of guys from 2+2 to figure it out all, even though it was super obvious when you look at the stats of the cheating accounts. And even after they were presented with the evidence, it took some doing before they finally admitted that something fishy was going on.

Also, Helmuth was recently shipped a pot that he lost, and when the player asked him about it, he said he didn't know what happened but that they should play more poker. The transcript is actually pretty amazing considering he's the face of the company. It was like he couldn't have cared less, like it happens all the time. Can you imagine if you were playing heads up with Ivey, he was shipped a pot when he had the worst hand (and obviously had showed down the hand), and his response to you was essentially "Who cares, let's play more heads up." Look on the forums at 2+2, there's a ton of info there on both situations.

They do have great rakeback deals, I'm guessing because they have to try harder than the rest to drive traffic there. So if you have no problems morally playing there, then you shouldn't be too worried about cheating. But I would encourage people not to play there because I think they're pretty shitty people over there.
