 4.5% rake and more stake levels at the micros are what jump out. Probably still screws plo players, and probably not as good for grinders as a return to the previous system - don't have time to run the numbers yet though

 looks like the concensus is that FR have benefitted, and everyone else is getting more or less what stars proposed at the end of december. I'm enjoying ipoker , went through 10nl in a month, been at 20nl since sunday and up 180$ this week. lobby pretty much looks like its 6max only but lots and lots of 20nl tables after about 8.30pm in the uk evenings. earlier than that and in the daytime there were only about 5 or 6.
