Now that Neteller is no longer US friendly, the sites are scrambling to make us feel at ease.
UltimateBet and AbsolutePoker are offering 100% reload bonuses using any of their alternate methods.
I used the new (new to me anyway) InstaDebit. It was very easy and straightforward. I will have to monitor my checking account for any suspicious activity for a while now though. These things always make me nervous.

The bonuses are stackable meaning you could theoretically make a lot of bonus dollars if you have some BR to deposit.

Yeah, I just moved my AP BR to UB... (as meager as it may be)
A couple notes about InstaDebit:
The withdrawal from AP was the fastest I have ever experienced. Within one hour, the funds where in my account.
Depositing using Instadebit to UB was, well, instant. It did require a check number though, which is a little different than Neteller. I did this before the funds from AP hit the account. I expect it would not require the check number if the funds where already there. The funds where removed from my checking account within minutes.
Once the funds from AP hit the Instadebit account, I transferred them back to the checking account. Still waiting for that to show. Neteller would take up to a week at times, so I'm not surprised.
