Hey guys, We're looking for some poker room rakeback reviews to add to our website. I haven't played at some of these rooms so we're wondering if any of you guys have or would like to join one, and write up a rakeback review for us. We'll pay you $50 for each review used.

But you'll have to follow our exact format and guidelines. Check out the poker room rakeback write-up here:

Caribbean_Sun_Rakeback_Review

So, if you can follow the same format, and include screenshots of the lobby and tables (500 pixel width), and give a complete, comprehensive, and un-biased review that looks and sounds like the one we have, we'll put $50 in your pocket! For each one!

If the poker room is a skin of a network, any mentions of differentiating factors - ie- promotions, bonuses, freerolls that are specific to that poker room - should be included.

The rakeback rooms are below. Please use these links below when signing up:
CelebPoker - player gets 22% of his rake automatically in player account every month.
CrazyPoker - offering 33% back to the player
PokerClub 24 - offering 35% back to the player
TruePoker - offering 27% back to player plus 5% of friends
Poker Champs - offers 5%-50% back to players, plus earn % of referrals
Poker Share – An Ultimate_Bet Skin that gives a % of profits back to players
Battlefield Poker - 35% back to player - brand new - totally automated rakeback - Prima skin

We also need reviews for regular non-Rakeback rooms. Here are the ones we need:
VIPPoker - related to VIP_Sports
Ladbrokes - European Room
Titan Poker - iPoker network (like Noble)
24hPoker - New Players 30% Deposit Bonus.
New Rooms Added 11-November-2005
Canbet Poker - Every month over $5,000 in new player freerolls.
Everest Poker - All new players can earn a $100 bonus.
Golden Palace - 300% bonus.
Nine Poker - 150% first time deposit bonus.
Planet Poker - opened its virtual doors in January 1998.
William Hill - universally recognised as one of the world's leading bookmakers.

Here are examples of regular non-Rakeback reviews:
http://www.flopturnriver.com/reviews...oker-Rooms.php

Here are the steps for the $50
1. Check this thread to make sure no one has dibs on the room you want.
2. Reply to this thread to put dibs on a room
3. Write the review and send me a pm when it is done.
4. If we use your review for the site then we'll give you $50
5. Please do not place dibs on a room unless you are an active part of our community (forum member for at least a month or 2 and at least 50 posts).

Thanks!

[More Details Added October 3rd]
We appreciate folks doing these reviews but some of the first drafts are not in a format consistent with the current reviews on our site. Most of the drafts received so far will need to be resubmitted in order for us to use them.

Please look at the examples on our site again carefully.

The reviews need to be in the following format/order:

At a Glance Section
Rakeback Review/Details (Rakeback Rooms Only)
General Review/Details
Lobby Screenshot
Table Screenshot
Interface/Usability
Action
Technical Support
Fish
Bonuses

Except for the screenshots, each section above needs at least one paragraph. All ratings are on a 1 to 5 scale, not a 1 to 10 scale.

Thanks,
Eric

I'll do PokerClub24 if no else wants to.
I like the concept, but won't have time to check it out until the weekend.

I do not currently play on the Prima Network, so this gives me an excuse to check out the software.
To win in poker you only need to be one step ahead of your opponents. Two steps may be detrimental.

We just added some more rooms. Keep checking this thread, we may be adding even more in the future.

We want them done in a reasonable amount of time (but not so fast that quality is sacrificed). Once someone puts dibs on a room we'd like to have it done within a week or less.

Once a room is complete please send me a pm and I'll let you know how it should be submitted.

MrSmiley23,

You can have dibs on the room. We'll make an exception with the number of posts and membership length requirements. The main reason we have those is that the regulars understand how our review sections work and they know the type of quality we expect. Please study the other rakeback reviews in our Rakeback section on the top nav. We can only pay the $50 if the review format is conistent with our existing reviews and we publish it on the site.

Thanks,
Eric

We still need PokerClub24.

Also, we added 6 more rooms today as follows:
Canbet Poker
Everest Poker
Golden Palace
Nine Poker
Planet Poker
William Hill

Some of you might already be familiar with Nine Poker because they're the same Nine.com that we talk about in our Sports Betting forum.

Sounds good. Please go through some of the rooms in our http://www.flopturnriver.com/reviews...oker-Rooms.php section so that you get to know the format we need for the review. You don't have to play the high stakes for the review but you do need to look them up in the lobby so that we have the info for the At a Glance Section on top.

We have folks place dibs on one room at a time. Part of the reason for this is that we don't end up using all the reviews we receive(we only pay the $50 for the reviews we use) so we want to make sure we're on the same page with the format/expectations etc before you do 2 of them. This will be easier if you pick one of the rooms and turn in the review. If it is in our format and we use it then you'll be able to put dibs on the other room.

Thanks,
Eric

Thanks to everyone who helped FTR with these reviews!

We are still offering $50 for some new room reviews but I started a separate thread here: http://www.flopturnriver.com/phpBB2/...ic.php?t=23635

This thread was getting long and confusing so please use the new thread if you want to help us out. Some of the rooms in the new thread offer interesting bonus_gifts so hopefully you'll check them out.

Thanks Again,
Eric
