There's this one guy that I play with that will chase cards down to the river.

For example, he had nothing down the turn then on the river he caught a king which paired with his king and won the round. At the same time he was betting along with another person that was betting which BTW had something on the flop.

What do I do about chasers?

They'll lay you bad beats from time to time but you've got to accept that. If he's gonna chase, you've gotta bet bigger and make him pay. He's not gonna hit them everytime (though it may seem that way). Most of the time he's going to miss and lay down on the river, so you need to extract maximum value from him on the flop and turn. Just keep playing the right cards and you'll find yourself loving his pressence, while the others curse his luck.

Yes in deedy. He'll pay you off more down the road. You just gotta make sure he keeps playing that way. And when you have the nuts hand. Make him pay through the ass for chasing to the river. Always think long term.
You might not win your money back that night, but if you keep him as a poker buddy. You'll inevitibly win back all your money from him. This is a marathon not a sprint.
