Hi it's me peach 68, having just come back from playing live poker with gavin smith aand the other pros , i find my self wanting more lol. The online now jsut doesnt seem as exciting tee heee. I loved the sound of the chips tooo when i was entering the theatre where my game was and where the BC Poker Cahmpionships were being held the sound was sooooooo cool all the people shuffling and playing with there chips. It kinda souded like a million crickets at night in a fiesd lol. Anyhow i found the live play exciteing as it was cool pushing my chips in and raking my chips in fo winning a hand, the dealer was tottally professional and actually helped me out alot, i cant quite put my finger on why i liked it better but i just knwo im missing it lol. Maybe mowt of it is becase it was such an exciting weekend but i think also the live play really peaked my interest as well and am looking forward to playing live again soon

It's even more fun with Benjamins on the table.

Theres pro's and cons for both..

Online you can multitable and potentially win more, and you can play whenever you want

But Live is definitely more exciting and fun, but especially with a subpar dealer it is a LOT slower. Plus theres more things than just opponents betting habbits to base your decisions on.

I'm agree with you scientist because in live your hand can be read more simply than online and if you don't have habit to play in live, you don't know that you have many many habit that give indication of your hand

Live is a relatively softer game though. $2NL in casinos is waaaaay easier than $2NL online. Plus you don't have to worry about all that poker tracking software everyone uses. If live games were as "hassle-free" as online (travel, tipping, etc.) I'd never play online.

agree with nibbles. you don't have to multitable live because the stakes are much much higher and the competition is much much worse. at least in the cash games, i dont know about tourneys.
