I'm sure some of you are familiar with this scenario from The little Green Book. I had a disagreement with another good player online about playing a good player at the table and what position you have.

Early Tournament
You're seated across the table from one of the greatest players in the world (Phil Ivey) and you pick up AK UTG. Raise 3BB and he's the only caller from the button.

The board missed you completely so of course you check and are face with a tough bet from Phil. You fold.

Now consider your in a cash game. and Phil is making it tough for you from across the table. What would you do first and last and why? If you have other options feel free to vent.

Should you move tables?
Should you change seats?
Play through it?
Don't knock on deaths door... ring the bell and run! Death hates that LOL.

I made mistake... I meant to refer to The Little Blue Book... By Phil Gordon.
