Home game the other night and we were playing dealer choice...

After sitting through numerous silly games like Chicago hi-low, screw your neighbor and 3 card guts I decided to make up my own game on the spot when my deal came up.

So I took Omaha and Texas Hold 'em and decided to combine them. Here is how we played it...

Every player is dealt 4 cards down, all or just 2 of them can be used. A round of betting occurs and then one burn, followed by a one card flop.

Another round of betting. Then another burn and another card turned. Another bet. And then a burn and a river.

We ended up playing it for the rest of the night and it was fun designing strategy for starting hands and such.

It even has a clever name: O mah ass

Thought Id share.
