My image is semi-tight and aggressive. I've been c-betting and two-barreling a lot.

Stacks:
Me: ~$1200
BN (LAggy, but plays ok on big streets): ~$1700
BB (semi-tight, passiveish) ~$1200

I raise to $40 from EP with :Ac: :Kc:, BN and BB call.

~$120 in the pot.
:Ad:
BB checks
I bet $80
BN raises to $180

I think the BN would flat or raise bigger with a draw. I'm not sure if he's playing back or flopped 2pr/set.

BB tanks hard. He almost mucks and it's clear he hates life. I don't think it's an act. He mans up and re-raises to $400. I really think he's on a draw of some sort or has AQ.

All-in and folding look to be the best options. Which is it?

Cuss under your breath about those damn ace magnets and fold. With this much behind, I muck with little to no thought. Call me a nit but OOP to the raiser & a check-reraiser is not a hand I want to play with TPTK anymore. You may have the BB beat but it is going to be expensive to find out if we beat the BU. I stoved a reasonable range and we're 42/58 dogs. Also BB might be holding some of our outs.

Folding the best hand is sometimes a part of profitable poker.
Playing live . . . thanks alot Bin Laden.

lol I started writing out a reply last night but it hurt my head so much.

Okay I'll ask some questions. If you've been c betting a lot and if the BN flopped big, would he not worry that raising (any amount) will take you out of the pot? Especially if you've been double barreling? I suppose since the board is super scary and since there's another player in the pot, he would feel like he absolutely has to raise?

I'm confused as to why a passive(ish) player would be 3 betting here with a draw. I'm definitely more scared of him than of the BN - is this wrong?

This hand is so gross!

To me, this hand is a lot more difficult than you're giving it credit for because there are so many draws and because of fnord's image.

fnord: if you didn't have the backdoor flush draw, would you muck for sure?

If you're making your decision in an all-in vs fold spot with this much money behind and considering a BDFD as tipping you toward calling, you should quit poker. Little harsh, but that adds like one out to your equity.

Now you probably posted before I edited, but stove the BU range and tell me what you come up with. I still think this is a pretty easy fold with little money involved. We are a little ahead or way behind. Fold and use that $1100 at the titty bars.
Playing live . . . thanks alot Bin Laden.

I played soooo bad last night.

I shove
LAgg insta-calls (opps!)
BB folds face up! (with about $800 behind)

I fastroll my hand, "I think you got me"
LAgg replies "You got 5 outs"

turn:
river:

LAgg mucks and goes on wild monkey tilt (was already upset that I called his check/raise earlier with bottom pair and got there.)
BB is pissed and LAgg chews him out for making such an idiodic fold "but I thought I was drawing dead...."
(all of this on top of the guy that DARED me to double barrel him again last orbit.)

I read your original post, and tried to make a decision before I got the results.... I woiuld like to think I would have folded to wait for a better spot to get my 1200 in, but I've called here so many times it's sick.

It is a leak in my game. I've seen so many moves that it all starts to look like one BIG move sometimes. Clearly, it's usually not a move, and I am usually waaaayyy behind with TPTK.

I hope I'd fold, but like I said, it's a leak I have to get under control. The guys I play with are too weak to make this move very often.
