Hi, I was just wondering a rule about poker nl. I was playing a home lastnight and I was dealt pocket aces, after raising preflop the board showed 2 clubs and low cards. Worried about flush draw and straight draw I went all in on the flop, but to realize I was out of turn. The rule they used was that I had to do what the other guy did in front of me. Which turn out to be a check, on the turn he went all in, and I unfortunatly called him with my aces and he caught his nut straight. Needless to say I loss the hand and had no beef because i wasnt to sure of the rule. So Just wondering if anyone knew anything about this rule. Thanks

Meh, it's a bush ruling, but what do you expect in a home game.

"An action or verbal declaration out of turn may be ruled binding if there is no bet, call, or raise by an intervening player acting after the infraction has been committed."

You should've been allowed to do what you originally wanted to do and go all-in on the flop.
