Fielmann is an unknown quantity at this point
 If a dealer, when dealing community cards, accidentally flips over a card that was supposed to be burnt, will this card become a community card or will it be considered 'dead'?

RockyMoose is an unknown quantity at this point
 It's my understanding that if a burn card is accidentally exposed, the dealer announces, "2 of hearts exposed", for example, then turns the card face down and continues normally.
