I've read a pile of online reviews but I was hoping to get some suggestions from FTR members who have been to Vegas recently. Heading down November 7 ... any suggestions?

I find the MIRAGE a friendly WARM room. They don't accumulate time on a computer, so you have to get to know the floor people and dealers, but that's old skool and I like it.

Flamingo has always been good for me, but there's not usually a whole lot of traffic in there so it's hit or miss.

The MGM Grand, great room for daily tourneys if you play them. Won one last time I was there. They also have a excellent sports book right next to the poker area.

I was there end of May - had luck everywhere I went.
Sahara has some of the softest 1/2NL in town. Also two daily tournaments(7pm and 11pm I think) with decent amount of play for cheap($65 with one add-on)
Treasure Island - nice, smaller room. Good NL tables, great comps at $2/hour.
Venetian - huge but nice. Played 1/2 and 2/5, tougher than others but still beatable, just change seats/tables as needed.
Wynn - not that crazy about this room - somewhat cramped, competition can be tough, waitresses are all beautiful though if you're into that.
