Especially in tournaments. Has anyone given any thought to, or read about the way you bet your chips influencing what others read about the strength of your hand?

More specifically,

-Does announcing raise first then all-in matter?
-Does tossing your chips in rather than stacking them matter?
-Does moving all your chips in one motion with no verbal make any difference?

Those are just examples so you can see where I'm headed.

If anyone has links to any articles on this topic I'd love to read them.
