I am a consistent winner in the online environment: if any of you out there has read "KILLER POKER, crushing the online game", by J Vorhaus you will know that the main emphasis of his work and the key to scoring big is developing strong book on specific opponents and then targeting them and their weaknesses. I have the standard sniffer software but my $ comes from MY reads, then the stats support my reads and I design specific strategies to crack certain foes and then target and hunt them down. Sadly what one man can do is limited, time spent watching games to get reads etc. Now, what I need is to form a group of like-minded Jackals to pool our resources and manpower, to operate in a team, find, and maybe together take down prey, taking mine and your income to the next level, BUT, obviously, what I am looking for are players well-versed in all the current thinking on the game and possibly proficient in advanced play, although that don't matter, just help me get the data and find the prey and I will take them down.... i've been studying a group of players at Pokerstars. They're play is just beyond bad. All they do is min-raise, min-raise, min-raise. And they wait right until the timer gets used up. Then they min-raise some more. I think you can make some serious money of these fish. Look:

SB pankfish/ ($5)
BB =Unsuspecting suspect/ ($5)
UTG yAAwn/ ($19.65)
MP1 ($4.84)
MP2 ($1.98)
GatorJH ($5)
Button ($2.97) Preflop: GatorJH is CO with , . GatorJH posts a blind of $0.03.
UTG yAAwn/ raises to $0.04, 2 folds, GatorJH (poster) raises to $0.06, 1 fold, SB pankfish/ calls $0.05, BB =#Unsuspecting suspect/ calls $0.04, UTG yAAwn/ raises to $0.08, GatorJH raises to $0.1, SB pankfish/ calls $0.04, BB =#Unsuspecting suspect/ calls $0.04, UTG yAAwn/ raises to $0.12, GatorJH raises to $0.14, SB pankfish/ calls $0.04, BB =#Unsuspecting suspect/ calls $0.04, UTG yAAwn/ raises to $0.16, GatorJH raises to $0.18, SB pankfish/ calls $0.04, BB =#Unsuspecting suspect/ calls $0.04, UTG yAAwn/ raises to $0.2, GatorJH raises to $0.22, SB pankfish/ calls $0.04, BB =#Unsuspecting suspect/ calls $0.04, UTG yAAwn/ raises to $0.24, GatorJH calls $0.02, SB pankfish/ raises to $0.26, BB =#Unsuspecting suspect/ calls $0.04, UTG yAAwn/ raises to $0.28, GatorJH raises to $0.3, SB pankfish/ calls $0.04, BB =#Unsuspecting suspect/ calls $0.04, UTG yAAwn/ raises to $0.32, GatorJH raises to $0.34, SB pankfish/ calls $0.04, BB =#Unsuspecting suspect/ calls $0.04, UTG yAAwn/ raises to $0.36, GatorJH raises to $0.38, SB pankfish/ calls $0.04, BB =#Unsuspecting suspect/ calls $0.04, UTG yAAwn/ raises to $0.4, GatorJH raises to $0.42, SB pankfish/ calls $0.04, BB =#Unsuspecting suspect/ calls $0.04, UTG yAAwn/ raises to $0.44, GatorJH raises to $0.46, SB pankfish/ calls $0.04, BB =#Unsuspecting suspect/ calls $0.04, UTG yAAwn/ raises to $0.48, GatorJH raises to $0.5, SB pankfish/ calls $0.04, BB =#Unsuspecting suspect/ calls $0.04, UTG yAAwn/ raises to $0.52, GatorJH raises to $0.54, SB pankfish/ calls $0.04, BB =#Unsuspecting suspect/ calls $0.04, UTG yAAwn/ raises to $0.56, GatorJH raises to $0.58, SB pankfish/ calls $0.04, BB =#Unsuspecting suspect/ calls $0.04, UTG yAAwn/ raises to $0.6, GatorJH raises to $0.62, SB pankfish/ calls $0.04, BB =#Unsuspecting suspect/ calls $0.04, UTG yAAwn/ raises to $0.64, GatorJH raises to $0.66, SB pankfish/ calls $0.04, BB =#Unsuspecting suspect/ calls $0.04, UTG yAAwn/ raises to $0.68, GatorJH raises to $0.7, SB pankfish/ calls $0.04, BB =#Unsuspecting suspect/ calls $0.04, UTG yAAwn/ raises to $0.72, GatorJH raises to $0.74, SB pankfish/ calls $0.04, BB =#Unsuspecting suspect/ calls $0.04, UTG yAAwn/ raises to $0.76, GatorJH raises to $0.78, SB pankfish/ calls $0.04, BB =#Unsuspecting suspect/ calls $0.04, UTG yAAwn/ raises to $0.8, GatorJH raises to $0.82, SB pankfish/ raises to $0.84, BB =#Unsuspecting suspect/ folds, UTG yAAwn/ raises to $0.86, GatorJH raises to $0.88, SB pankfish/ calls $0.04, UTG yAAwn/ raises to $0.9, GatorJH raises to $0.92, SB pankfish/ calls $0.04, UTG yAAwn/ raises to $0.94, GatorJH raises to $4.99, SB pankfish/ raises to $5, UTG yAAwn/ calls $4.06.

Here's what I used to do for a while, similar idea (although much lazier and arguably more efficient):

Have PT + PAHUD running. Open and play lots of tables with little regard for table or seat selection. If you see a lot of red numbers, decent players, or have an asshole (i.e. light 3-bettor) on your left, just leave the table.

Add poor players to one of two groups on your poker buddy list:

- *WHALE*'
- fish

Fairly self-explanitory. Try playing with the above players if you deem worthy (sometimes you might see a *WHALE* playing 3/6 one day then .05/.10 a week later, infact, that is fairly predictable and obviously not worth chasing. On occasion, you might see them go to 10/20 or 25/50....). I generally won't chase 'normal' fish outside of games that I'd typically play anyway, but it all depends on the dynamics of the tables I'm playing and what I'd feel like doing at the moment.
