online tells are particular to the person. The only general online tell (I just typed this in another post) is the quick check by the BB. If he has preclicked check/fold, then it'll show and he'll probably fold to a postflop bet.
Other than that, if someone does something peculiar, like waiting a long time and then betting or raising. See what he shows and see if he had a monster. Then see if he does it again. If he does the same thing 2 or 3 times, long pause then bet/raise with the nuts or a monster hand, then you've got yourself a tell. And sometimes that same personality will bet weak hands and bluffs very quickly. If you see someone who normally takes a typical amount of time, go with a very fast bet or raise and then fold to a reraise or when the next card hits and it isn't a scare card then they might be "fast bet bluffers"
There's also the long pause/call slowplay. But that's less reliable.
In general, watch people's time use and if they show a pattern that is peculiar, then it might be a tell. You have to see it more than once however and it has to be associated with hand strength.
Finally, and this is the shakiest of all. If someone IMMEDIATELY bets postflop then they are more likely than not bluffing. Even if you have pocket aces, you want to SEE the flop. And determine if it's two kings or a flush, right? The only time you couldn't care less what the flop is (pretty much) is when you've already determined to bet it postflop, no matter what it is. And that's a bluff-o-roonie, or possibly AA. It's only accurate if they're the first to act.

It also means he wants you to think so to get you to check.

It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

sometimes timing doesn't mean a thing, as players may be doing other things, or multitabling. I remember one time in a big pot a possible flush came on the river and my mouse accidentially came unplugged, and i know the guy had to be shitting bricks while i was scrambling to get my mouse plugged back in.

More often than not hesitation is weakness. When someone takes a long time on the river, I know they're searching for some excuse to call and as soon as they find a button the pot is probably going to be pushed in my direction.
