I thought I would send you guys an update on what looks like to be the most successful series of events since our state legalized poker in 2004. This event has kicked off with a bang!

Jack and Jill Event #1 had 248 teams for a total of 576 entries.

No Limit Holdem Event #2 and #3 reached capacity with 636 entries each. These tournaments set a new in-house record for Cherokee Casino.

The casino has been sold out on rooms every night since the championship began.

It has been reported that the wait list for cash games has been as high as 90 people. Keep in mind, this is the largest card room in the state with 36 tables.
