We are getting a new casino here in St Louis on March 4th. It will be closer to my hose than the one downtown. I have been doing fairly well since the first of the year at 1/2 NL, cashing almost everytime I play. Some of the cashes are only a 100 or two but today was a great day.
I attribute my new fond wealth to three things.
Loosening up on starting hands, position and an aggressive betting stragity.
It took me awhile to reralize that if you only play top hands no matter what you will not win any money. They are too few and far between. In LP you can really open up your hand selection. I have also found that with an aggressive betting style you can steal alot of pots. I am sure this is not new to alot of players here but it has sure improved my win rate.
