Last night at 1/2 live I sat down nex to a layer that I had beaten me soundly three weeks ago. I had KK and he was on a straight draw. I wwent all in for 175.00 and he called. The only card that could beat ne was a 4 and he caught it on the river. Previous to that I had watched him raise before the flop and then a big raise on the turn ..... stealing alot of pots. I was considering changing my game.... I play tight aggressive.
Well i was a little concerned when the seat on his left opened and I figured if I was to play at the table with him I wanted him on my right.
He had 2 large stacks of reds, 5 blacks and at least 8 green and he was playing his typical game. As the evening went on he called several 75.00 to 125.00 beta and when he was raised mucked his hand. To make a long story short when he lost a huge hand for almost all his chips he flung the cards at the dealer and left the table. When he left the table he had 1 red, 1 green and 1 white chip left.
I guess my point is it is so easy seeing only a winning side of a type of play that you could be suckered into changing your style.

you have ups and downs regardless of how you play. adjusting to the table dynamics is important but if you feel uncomfortable because of a player, then yes, requesting a seat change is always a good idea. or you can just leave.

Dont be afraid to gamble with bad players when you have good equity. Take them to Value Town ruthlessly!

Love guys like this. That style of play can build a lot of chips when it runs good, but it's a long term loser. Just camp out with position on them and keep getting your money in.

yeah, this
there is a thread I posted recently about a guy who was just giving away money and I got it in against him with KTo.
that hand helped because later he paid me off when I just shoved on him pre with AA.

yea, nothing more scary than a LAG than is getting good cards.
and i agree that once you have good enough cards and position don't be afraid to call his bet, since he's opening range is wider, there's a higher chance that you already have him beaten preflop and when you hit on postflop you could be making a lot of $$ if you just let him hang himself.
