$5/$10 NL
A couple players limp, I call :Tc: on the button.

5 to the flop for ~$45.
:Ts:

Loose/Passive bets $30, another loose passive calls, I over-call.

$135 in the pot.
:Th:
Loose/Passive bets $100 with another $80 behind, fold and I'm starting to hate life a little.

I think the flop killled your hand already, after the flop I would've folded my hand, because if you have 5 players to the flop you have to think that someone played QJ or 65 suited... but I know the horrible feeling to get away from a hand like that...

Wow, tough spot. I'm thinking that this guy is representing a made straight, full house with 99, 88, T8, T9, or better trips. There aren't many hands that you are ahead of, and your straight draw outs aren't clear at all. Considering he is putting the rest of his money in and you aren't getting odds I would fold, but it sucks.

Is it possible that he slowplayed an overpair? I might think about calling if he does this alot.

This was my first thoughts as well. I would be inclined to be raising the turn 100% of the time in this instance.

However, if your reads are g00t - then stack sizes having an impact on decisions become less and less.

The money isn't deep, but it's a lot of money to some of the players and there is a lot of silly attempts at pot control.

From the same night.

Donator limps, I make it $50 with 99, donator calls.

Flop is KT8, I bet $75, donator calls.
Turn is a Jack. I shove for maybe $150 or so, donator turns a king face up and folds. In a rare lapse of ego, I show my hand figuring that he's a regular chip dumper and I'm better off if he never makes a laydown against me again.
