1-2 live/lightning poker (no dealer electronic table)

I have about $800 and have been playing really loose and aggresive, making stupid minbet reraises on flops and just plain playing bad/experimenting. Opponent just sat down and seems like an average/ OK player. Effective stack is $235.

Me: 66

6 players to flop ($12) 4 6 Q

MP bets $7 I immediately min raise to $14 and he calls. (I have recently done this with bottom pair and followed with a turn bluff for everyone to see) Not sure if he was daydreaming or paying attention

MP checks and I bet $29,
He starts flipping his cards over on his screen and im trying to look away. He continually does it enough that I figure he is just folding and i catch a glance at his 46. He says he has a bad feeling, but then calls.

River is a blank and he checks to me. I bet $100 into $95 and tell him that I didn't see his hand but I obviously did since i'm sitting right next to him and he should know that I saw.

There are no rules on lightning poker about showing hands, so I thought I would post to see what people think about this situation.

1. Should I bet small to induce a call, or bet big to look like a bluff?
2. should there be a rule on these electronic live tables that you cant show hands? How would you enforce them?
3. Does anyone else have any electronic live table experience?

River is a pot or push. Warn him to protect his hand if you must do the right thing.
