I found out the hard way
Bridge sized are skinnier than standard or poker size by about a quarter inch. No big problem. Same cards, same Kem quality. But they are slightly skinnier.

I don't know what they have to say
It makes no difference anyway.
Whatever it is...
I'm against it.

Ahhh..sorry to hear. I was thinking of going with the poker-sized one's anyway, so good call....also if u can help. Im also getting chips (it's my bday soon and everybody's getting me poker stuff!!) Im getting kem cards, a table, and chips...as far as the chips go, I see A LOT of stuff on ebay, but, they are all the same. I dont mind getting the chips there, but, do you (or anyone reading this) know where I can get my chips engraved/personalized?

Check out some of FTR's links on the main web site. There really are a bunch of places you can get personalized chips
As a side note. My first set of chips were the dice chips and I bought poker chip labels off Ebay and personalized them that way. It was like $20 bucks to do my whole 600 piece set on both sides. They did look really nice though after. They did take a little more room in the case after.
The Texas hold'em chip would be great for that, because they are recessed a little in the middle. So explore your options.

I got the bridge sizes by mistake too. At first didt like them only because they just didn't look right being that small. But after playing with them I warmed up to them real quick. I have a kinda of small table so the smaller cards were much more managable, especally with big pots and side pots. I say go for the bridge size cards.

I am ordering a set of KEM cards myself. I just found out today (from the customer service guy at the distributor and by checking KEM's own website) that they no longer make ANY of their designs in the wide "poker" size. The "Arrow" design was the only one that came in the wide size. If you find someone that has them online, they will be pricey, as they are discontinued.
Bridge size is the only option now.

I wonder why? The Super Index Poker Size cards rule. Makes it much easier for people to see across the table. Too bad they need such a large order for personalized cards. When I finally hit the lotto. I place an order for all of FTR. On me.

They may still make the wide size in the Super Index versions, but not the Regular Index ones.
Personally, I don't like the Super Index cards. I've played with cards like that before. I don't like that you have to lift your hole cards up more than usual to be able to see the suits of your cards. Those symbols are just too big.
And if people can't see the cards on a normal size table, they should wear glasses.
