My 8 of hearts got scratched by a bottle cap. Ever since then, I warned people not to have bottle caps near my cards.
Now I have to send the card back to Kem to get it replaced. Otherwise the whole deck is jacked!

back on topic, I play in my garage, if a card hits the floor it is easily scratched by the little peices of sand, etc. Anything abrassive is the death of a KEM card

bad news... kem has suspended their card replacement service indefinitely due to the buyout. use a joker in the meantime.

I heard USPC released some of the new KEM arrows and there was no guarantee card in the deck, leading me to believe that they may not be carrying on the replacement card tradition. http://www.texasholdem-poker.com/for...pic.php?t=7101 Glad I switched to Copag 8-)
