The goal of metagame plays is to build a dangerous and reckless image. In this weekend live games, i made this play designed to influence my meta game. My opp was a semi-loose unimaginative lady in her 40s.
the first confrontation: hero's stack ($360) villain's stack ($94)
one limper, hero raised to $17 on HJ with :As: :Ks: , villain called in small blind, limper folded.
flop($38) : villain checked, hero wanted to build some super aggressive image and shoved, villain called instantly.
turn: :Ah: river:
villain showed : hero mucked
25 hands later vs the same opp. hero ($380) villain($320)
villain limped UTG, UTG 1 raised to $10, 2 cold callers, hero got :Ac: :Ad: and raised to $50, villain paused a little while and called, anyone else folded.
flop: :Qs: :Qc: , hero insta shoved, she shouted " AK again??: , went into the think tank, looked pain and finally tossed three black chips into the pot.
she showed me her lovely :P
