Every decent TAG player loves to attack limpers, So I want to hear your thoughts about how to play starting hands like 88-TT, JTs-AJs, JTo-AJo in some specific positions, assuming that it's a 10-handed loose game in which lots of ppl usually limp in and a few of them might call a large 8xBB raise from any positions.

If the game is passive, you are in these positions with hands mentioned above:

SB,BB: lots of limpers already
EP(UTG,UTG1):Unopened pot
MP: one or two limpers from ep
CO/BT:lots of limpers already

If the game is postflop aggressive & crazy:
? ?

Steal raise or fold. I like hands that can stand heat if you actually get a call after the flop or someone pushes a hand like ax/KQ/JJ-22 on you.

Usually open bigish. In a passive game limp small pairs, suited Jacks or better.

Isolating here too often can get you in trouble, I over-limp a lot.

Either pot builder or over-limp depending on game texture.

Fnord, you open these hands from UTG and UTG1? I often limp in AJo,AJs,KQo, KQs, 88,99,TT and fold other stuff (JTo-QJo,JTs-QJs). When you steal raise from blinds, i'm assuming that you mix up your play with SC, suited ace or suited two gappers.

My game is a lot more aggressive, so I can't play a wide range UTG and have had to tighten up.

Limp or Fold with a rare raise mixed in: 22-77, Axs, Jacks or better suited

Sometimes limp, usually raise: AQ, JJ-88

Usually raise, sometimes limp: QQ+, AK

Tilt Play: Nines or better suited, Kxs.

My EP opener is 5x, once it gets down to MPish I open for 4x. I usually isolate at around 5x-7.4xish. Button raise is still 4x.

These numbers are how my $5/$10 game plays, so add another big blind or two (or three) for $1/$2 to account for the invisible ante.
