I'm going to my first casino table hold'em games this weekend. I plan to play $1 and $2 in Tunica. I'd play lower stakes if they had them. Any suggestions or helpful hints about your first time in a casino? What is the usual gambit of talent level?

I assume you are talking about $1/2 Limit. At stakes this low many tables are just chase-fests. A common hand will see 6-7 people seeing the flop. If this is true for your table you have to adjust your play. Hands like Big Pairs and AK go down slightly in value since you will usualy need to trip up to win and hands like suited connectors go WAY up! If alot of people are seeing the flop just play hands with flush or straight possibilities and you shoudl win. Dont be suprised if you get AA 10 times and it loses 8 of those. Very common at these low stakes. Hope this helps. Just have fun and dont be affraid to ask the dealers or brush men anything. They are always super friendly and are there to help you.
